Our Sunroom Roof Screen is a specialized external retractable skylight shade built exclusively for glass sunroom roofs, skylights and rooftop light wells. Unlike side-mounted arm awnings, this flat track screen installs directly on top of your glass roof, blocking solar heat and UV rays before they hit the glass surface, which brings obvious cooling effect for your indoor space.
It adopts reliable tension spring system with high-carbon steel springs and high-performance polymer straps. The fabric stays taut and flat during extension and retraction, avoiding flapping. Wireless remote motor controls smooth opening and closing. We use premium imported Spanish shade fabric with long-term anti-fade performance, which cuts strong glare and UV while keeping soft natural light passing through.
The aluminum guide track is 88 mm high, finished with anti-corrosion powder coating. Standard colors are matte black and glossy white. Its size ranges from 2 m × 2 m up to 6 m × 6 m for a single unit. It can handle light rain and deliver full coverage shading. No big changes to your existing sunroom frame are required during installation.
This roof screen is a smart energy-saving upgrade for residential sunrooms, conservatories and commercial atrium skylights. If you want to stop overheating inside your glass room and protect furniture from sun fading, this retractable sunroom roof screen is your ideal shading choice.
Our Sunroom Roof Screen is an external track retractable shading system designed for flat or slightly sloped glass roofs, sunrooms, conservatories and skylight openings. It works outside the glass, which is the most effective way to reduce heat transfer and keep your room cool, much better than internal blinds.
The core driving system uses high-carbon steel tension springs paired with high-strength polymer straps. This tension design keeps fabric flat and stable, prevents sagging and waving in normal wind. The quiet wireless motor supports remote control for one-touch open and close. The side guide track is 88 mm height, made of durable aluminum alloy with anti-rust powder coating. Matte black and glossy white are standard colors.
We supply premium imported Spanish shading fabric with certified fade resistance. It blocks most harmful UV radiation and solar heat, reduces indoor temperature and protects sofas, floors and decorations from sun damage. The fabric allows soft diffused light to come in, so your space will not turn completely dark. It can also handle light rain when extended.
The available dimension range starts from 2 m × 2 m to maximum 6 m × 6 m per set. It fits most standard residential sunroom and medium-sized commercial skylight projects. Installation is on top of the existing glass roof structure; you do not need to rebuild or modify your sunroom frame heavily.
This screen is different from retractable arm awnings and PVC folding pergola roofs. It is built for top shading only, not side projection. It focuses on heat rejection and glare control for glass enclosures. It is widely used for villa sunrooms, residential glass conservatories, office skylights, shopping mall atrium roofs and greenhouse shade.
If you suffer from overheating, strong glare and furniture fading in your glass room, this motorized sunroom roof screen will solve these pain points. It delivers neat, low-profile appearance, stable tension operation and reliable long-term outdoor shading performance. It is the professional exterior skylight shade solution for glass roof projects.
